Carly Trip, Managing Director and Client Portfolio Manager, Invesco Real Estate (IRE) | Carly focuses on client engagement, partnering closely  with institutional investors, advisors and consultants across North America.  Prior to her current role, Ms. Tripp was Global Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investments for Nuveen Real Estate, in addition to several senior roles within the firm, including CIO of the Americas for Nuveen Real Estate, Global Head of Real Estate and Alternatives for TIAA’s $260 billion General Account, and Deputy Portfolio Manager on the TIAA Real Estate Account where she managed over $13 billion in transaction activity.

Ms. Tripp has over 20 years of direct real estate equity investment experience and began her career at LaSalle Investment Management. She received a dual B.S. degrees in Finance and International Business from University of Maryland and a M.S. in Economics from the Univeristy of North Carolina.  

Kristi Hueberger, President, Investment Management, Fogelmann | Kristy is responsible for advancing Fogelman’s strategic vision for growth, innovation, and operational excellence in multifamily investment management. She leads all aspects of the company’s Investment Management platform, including transactions, asset and portfolio management, capital formation, and investor relations. Kristy serves on Fogelman’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Fogelman, Kristy served as Co-Head of the Americas and Head of Asset Management at LaSalle Investment Management, where she oversaw $30 billion in real estate assets across multiple property types and led a team of more than 250 investment management professionals. Earlier in her career, she held a series of senior leadership roles at GE Real Estate, where she directed originations, asset management, and marketing across North America.

She holds a BS in Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago. Kristy is a CPA and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and her recent board service includes JLL Income Property Trust, ULI’s Industrial & Office Product Council, and the Indiana University Real Estate Advisory Board.

Heather Burgess Brooks, Principal, Real Estate Investment Director, Mercer | Heather Brooks is a Real Estate Investment Director at Mercer, based in Atlanta. Heather joined the firm in 2021 and supports advisory and discretionary clients with real estate portfolio allocation and construction, manager selection, and market insights. She is a voting member of Mercer’s Real Estate Ratings Review Committee.

Prior to her current role, Heather served on Mercer’s Real Estate asset class specialist team, focusing on research and investment due diligence for open-end core, core-plus, and value-add real estate strategies. Before joining Mercer, she worked in Investor Relations at Jamestown, serving investors for the firm’s open-end institutional real estate funds. There, she led the investor reporting process, supported capital raising efforts, and partnered with fund management and internal teams to deliver accurate, consistent investor communications. 

Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia.
