Jonathan Bram is a founding partner of Global Infrastructure Partners, a leading independent infrastructure fund manager, which manages $115 billion for its investors. In addition to leading the firm’s efforts in core infrastructure investing, Jonathan focuses on the electricity sector, with an emphasis on renewable power. GIP is a leading investor in renewables globally and has a current portfolio of 18GW in operation and 185GW in development. He also serves on GIP’s Equity and Credit Investment committees.

Prior to the formation of GIP in 2006, Jonathan spent 15 years at Credit Suisse as a managing director in the Investment Banking Division, where he served in a number of senior positions, including co-head of the Global Industrial and Services Group, chief operating officer of the Investment Banking Division, and co-head of corporate finance for the 150-person U.S. Energy Group. He has experience financing and investing in companies and projects that utilize wind, solar, geothermal, and hydroelectric technologies. Jonathan is the chairman of the board of directors of Clearway Energy Inc. and a member of the board of Chilean Renovables.  He previously served on the boards of Terra-Gen Power, Guacolda Energy, and Channelview Cogeneration. A co-chair of the board of trustees of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City, he graduated with a B.A. in economics from Columbia College, where he currently serves on the board of visitors. 

Mark Levitt joined GIP in 2009, is based in New York and leads GIP’s Family Office and Private Wealth businesses. During his time at GIP, Mr. Levitt has held several key roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief of Staff to GIP’s CEO and Global Head of Human Capital Management. Prior to GIP, Mr. Levitt spent 14 years at Credit Suisse, where he was most recently a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of the Global Investment Banking Division. Prior to his appointment to COO, Mr. Levitt served as Chief Financial Officer of the Investment Banking Division, having previously worked in the Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives and Emerging Markets businesses of Credit Suisse, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Morgan Stanley and Bankers Trust. He started his career at Ernst and Young.

Mr. Levitt holds an M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Emory University.
