Elizabeth Dowdell, CFA | Elizabeth is a Product Strategy and Development Manager for the Invesco US Product Strategy and Development team. In this role, she is  responsible for conceptualizing and determining feasibility for the expansion and rationalization of the US WMI Product Line.  Ms. Dowdell joined Invesco in 2010 as an internal sales consultant and moved to the Product Management team in 2012, where she supported the Global Asset Allocation team in a variety of analytical and client-facing roles. In 2016, she joined the Global Asset Allocation Team as a research analyst, where her responsibilities included investment research and modeling across equities, fixed income and commodity markets. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for Franklin Templeton Investment Management.

Ms. Dowdell earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematical economics and a master’s degree in management from Wake Forest University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Atlanta. She is also a member of the Invesco Women’s Network.

Liz Yin, FRM, CFA | Liz is the Chair of the Career Development Committee at CFA Society Atlanta, where she leads initiatives that empower members through mentorship, career development, and leadership growth. With over 25 years of experience spanning banking, banking supervision, product management, innovation, and agile transformation, Liz brings a strategic and multi-disciplinary approach to career advancement.

Her expertise covers capital planning, stress testing, model risk management, and software engineering, giving her a unique lens into the intersection of finance, technology, and leadership. As an immigrant leader herself, Liz is passionate about helping professionals break through limitations, build confidence, and achieve long-term success. Liz is a Sr. Leader for Tony Robbins and regularly mentors and advises professionals navigating career transitions, leadership development, and unlock their full potential.

Yi Zheng, CFA, CPA, CAIA | Yi has been with Invesco since 2019 and currently work as a Front Office Operations Manager, supporting passive indexing strategies. She holds a Bachelor of Economics in Finance from Tianjin University of Commerce and a Master of Science in Statistics from the University of Cincinnati.

In her spare time, Yi is the Mentoring Committee Chair for the CFA Society of Houston, an Area Director for Toastmasters, a public speaker of Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo and volunteers with several mentoring programs in the industry.
