Carice released her 1st book - Intelligence Isn't Enough in South Africa and the UK under the Jonathan Ball Publishers Imprint. Her book was re-released under the Berrett-Koehler Publishers imprint and distributed by Penguin Random House in October 2022. The paperback, ebook and audiobook (narrated by her) are available on Amazon and wherever you get your books. She has presented insights from her book to blue-chip organizations such as Google, Bain & Company, Bloomberg, JP Morgan Chase and Accenture, just to name a few.

At McKinsey & Company, Carice managed a leadership development program for early career professionals as a Professional Development Manager. Carice has also worked for top companies such as Deloitte and Korn Ferry. She recently relocated back to the USA after living in South Africa for 10 years with her husband Fungayi. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). Carice enjoys traveling, massages and she is obsessed with mangoes, chocolate and laughter.
