Brett Cornwell, CFA | Senior Vice President, Client Portfolio Manager, Fixed Income

Brett Cornwell is a fixed-income client portfolio manager at Voya Investment Management. Prior to joining Voya, Brett was the head of fixed income research for Callan Associates. Prior to that, he was a senior research analyst at Wetherby Asset Management where he was responsible for all fixed income investment manager due diligence and fixed income asset class coverage. Brett began his career at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Brett earned a BS in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama. He is a CFA® Charterholder.

Oleg Gershkovich, A.S.A., M.A.A.A. | LDI Strategist and Senior Actuary

Oleg Gershkovich is an LDI solutions strategist at Voya Investment Management. Oleg is a pension actuary who has worked in traditional actuarial servicing of pension plans as well as investing and hedging programs for these plans. Prior to joining Voya, Oleg worked with Goldman Sachs Asset Management where he assisted plan sponsors in implementing and monitoring a rigorous asset-liability modeling framework for long-term and short-term pension strategies. Additionally, he offered consulting advice on numerous topics related to plan sponsors. Previously, he held roles at Mercer and Deloitte. Oleg earned a BS in actuarial science from Temple University and is an associate of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Oleg holds the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
