Karolien Notebaert is the founder and CEO of the Science & Leadership Academy (www.science-and-leadership.com), a company that translates the most recent neuroscience findings into practice through leadership development training, workshops, and books. Her field of expertise is self-regulation as a key strategy for attaining a healthy cognitive peak performance and increasing personal agility. Dr. Notebaert is the author of How the Brain Brings Peak Performance and various scientific publications. She has received teaching awards from Goethe Business School and is a senior faculty member at Sankt Gallen Management Institute. Dr. Notebaert holds MA degrees in economics and neuroscience and a PhD degree in cognitive neuroscience. Her most recent book was published 'The Pilgrim Who Trained her Monkey: What the brain reveals about how to lead a fulfilled life' was publised in October 2020.
