Ray Dalio, founder and co-chief investment officer of the worlds’ largest hedge fund is quoted saying meditation “has probably been the single most important reason for whatever success I’ve had.”  Our own Rex Macey, CFA and registered yoga teacher (wonder how big that intersection is) will lead a short introduction to meditation followed by a networking social.  Please join us to find out what Ray Dalio knows: how meditation sharpens your focus, improves your listening skills (perhaps you want to include a significant other guest), and even help you lose weight (seriously).   As investment professionals, we are immersed in a continuous stream of distracting information.  Experience how meditation can help you find calm in a noisy world.

Please arrive by 5:45 and check in at the front desk upon arrival.  Let them know that you are a guest and there for the meditation event.  You will be asked to provide an ID and sign a waiver.

6:00 - Meditation will be held in the Yoga Studio on the 2nd floor. 

7:00 - Networking cocktail reception will be held on the 3rd floor.  Appetizers and beverages will be provided. 

The meditation event will be held in the yoga studio at LifeTime fitness.  Shoes are not worn in the studio.  Please wear clothes you can be comfortable sitting in.  We will be on mats and bolsters and such.  There is a locker room available if you’d like to change. Namaste
