Your online credibility is more important than your offline reality in some cases.  This is especially true when it comes to the path consumers take to determine a financial advisor to trust their assets.  79% of consumers believe that online is very or extremely important on which financial advisor to engage.  Think your current customers are loyal and not looking around – over 90% said they would consider a relationship with a new financial advisor.  Our session will focus on how an FA should position themselves’ online to meet the expectations of customers.  

Chris Lybeer  is currently the Chief Innovation Officer of Kredible, a high tech late stage start up in Atlanta.  Kredible is a research-based company that focuses on dramatically improving the digital presence of employees to help with brand creation, employee satisfaction, and to drive lead generation through social selling.  Kredible accomplishes this through a self-service cloud based platform tool that is highly scalable, which is already in use by several Fortune 500 companies. 

Previously Chris was the Vice President of Strategic Development for NCR Corporation, and just prior to that was focused on driving all Marketing and Mobile Solutions for the NCR Retail Division.  Chris has been in the retail technology industry the majority of his career, including 16 with Radiant before they were purchased by NCR in September of 2011.  He served in a wide variety of roles during that time, including EVP of Product Development, President/GM over industry segments for Specialty Retail and Entertainment, and EVP of M&A during heavy company growth phases.  Chris spent 12 years with NCR prior to his time at Radiant in a variety of technical and management roles.  Chris has a computer engineering degree from the University of Michigan and resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
